How do I obtain pricing?
Once your account is set-up and approved, your pricing will be sent to you via email.   You may then order from the website or fax a P.O. to the fax number above.

What kind of credit terms do you offer?
Credit will be determined based on credit rating and company purchasing power.  However, most accounts will initially be PREPAID until a relationship has been established.  The maximum credit extended is Net 30. Do you make or carry product "X"?
All of our non-proprietary or non-exclusive product is listed here or at www.vidsonix.com.  If you do not see what you are looking for, we can attempt to source or design and manufacture for you or in conjunction with you.

How do I go about having you make a mass production product for me?
If you already have a design of interest, send us the drawings and specs and we will quote it for you.  Please note that any tooling or prototyping costs require a 50% deposit and 50% at completion.  Currently, we are unable to amortize tooling.

What is the Marinavox standard warranty?
Our standard warranty is 1 year.  Product replacement is our sole remedy.  Of course, if a specific material is required on plastic parts (e.g. 10 year U.V. rating), then a certificate of compliance will be available.  [Our complete Marinavox Policies document is available via fax for approved wholesale accounts]
