The Marinavox audio brand name
was established in July of 2004 and is held by Austin-Whitman
Manufacturing Group, LLC. The relatively small company
operates out of its 12,000 sq. ft., high ceiling warehouse in
Mooresville, North Carolina. Marinavox also maintains warehouse
services in Los Angeles, California, giving it favorable distribution
capabilities across the United States.
President and founder Charles Miltenberger, a California native for 38
years, recently moved the company from California to the suburb of
Charlotte officially in July of this year. Charles has a B.S.E.E.
from UCLA and a M.S.E.M. from West Coast University, and has been in the
audio industry for over 15 years.Austin-Whitman Manufacturing Group,
LLC. is a privately held company which also owns, designs, and
distributes audio products under the Vidsonix and RsubZ brand names.
Vidsonix Design Works
was established in June of 2000 as a design house for various corporate
clients in the audio industry. Quality products, technical
support, and efficient distribution and service have led to steady
growth since the company's inception.
